iPhone Built-In Auto Clicker
Every iPhone running iOS 13 and later includes a built-in auto tapping feature through the Accessibility settings. It uses Switch Control, a built-in iOS feature. You do not need to download any app, and no jailbreak is required. The setup takes about 10-15 minutes the first time.
How It Works
Switch Control is an accessibility feature designed to let users control their iPhone through external switches, head movements, or screen taps. When configured with a "Recipe," it can execute automated tap sequences on your behalf, which is exactly what an auto clicker does.
Step-by-Step Setup
- Open Settings > Accessibility > Switch Control. Make sure Switch Control is toggled off before setup.
- Tap Switches > Add New Switch > Screen > Full Screen. Assign the Full Screen switch action to "Select Item."
- Go back to Switch Control settings. Tap Recipes > Create New Recipe. Name it "Auto Tap."
- Inside the recipe, tap Add Action > Gestures > Tap. Now set the screen coordinates where you want the tap to occur (tap the location on screen). Set a repeat delay.
- Go back and tap Assign to Switch. Select your Full Screen switch.
- Enable Switch Control (toggle on at the top of the Switch Control page). A cursor will appear on screen.
The recipe will now execute your tap sequence. Toggle Switch Control off when done.
Limitations
The built-in iPhone auto clicker via Switch Control is not designed for speed. The minimum tap interval is approximately 0.5 to 1 second, much slower than App Store auto clicker apps that can tap at 10-50 taps per second. For rapid auto-clicking in games, use QuickTouch or another App Store option.
The setup is also complex compared to downloading an app. However, the advantage is that it requires no third-party software and works on every supported iPhone.
