Pros and Cons

OP Auto Clicker's interface is deliberately minimal - a small window with an interval input, click type selector, position mode, and hotkey. Nothing is buried in tabs or menus. That design means you configure it in under a minute and leave it alone for the rest of the session. What separates it from older tools is the record-and-playback added in version 3.0: it captures your exact mouse actions and replays them on loop, turning a simple repeater into something that can handle multi-step game sequences that fixed-interval clickers cannot.

Pros

  • Free and open source with no bundled software
  • Portable: runs without installation
  • F6 hotkey means you stay in any game the whole session
  • Supports both cursor-position and fixed coordinate targeting
  • Very low CPU and memory usage
  • Works on all Windows versions from 7 onward
  • Right-click support for fishing and block placement
  • Record and playback for multi-step sequences (version 3.0+)

Cons

  • Windows only, no Mac or Linux version
  • No built-in random interval (set a fixed rate manually)
  • Requires manual update checks (not on Steam)

How to Download and Install

  1. Go to opautoclicker.com and click the download button for the latest version (3.0 or newer).
  2. Your browser may show a warning because it is an .exe from a third-party site. Click Keep or Allow to proceed. The file is safe and has been verified by community users.
  3. Move the downloaded .exe to any folder you prefer. You do not need to install it.
  4. Double-click the file to open OP Auto Clicker. Windows may ask for permission the first time.

Using OP Auto Clicker in Roblox

The settings below are a solid starting point for most Roblox clicker games and simulators. Keep your CPS in a range that mimics fast human clicking rather than superhuman rates.

Recommended Settings

SettingRecommended Value
Click Interval60 milliseconds (roughly 16 clicks per second)
Click TypeLeft Button, Single Click
Click RepeatRepeat until stopped
Cursor PositionCurrent cursor position (simpler) or fixed coordinate (more precise)
HotkeyF6 (default, or change to a key that does not conflict with Roblox)

Setup Steps

  1. Open OP Auto Clicker and configure your settings before launching Roblox.
  2. Launch Roblox and enter the game where you want to automate clicks.
  3. If using cursor-position mode, move your mouse to the button or area you want to click.
  4. Press F6 to start clicking. Your character will begin clicking at the target repeatedly.
  5. Press F6 again to stop. Do this every 15 to 20 minutes and restart to keep your session varied.
Note: Staying under 20 CPS with slight variation mimics the upper end of fast human clicking. Roblox Terms of Service (Rule 16) prohibits automation software, so use at your own risk in multiplayer modes. Single-player clicker simulators carry lower risk.

Using OP Auto Clicker in Minecraft

Minecraft has several distinct use cases for auto clicking, each calling for different settings. The right interval depends on your game mode and server rules.

Settings for Each Minecraft Mode

ModeIntervalNotes
Java 1.8 PvP80 to 125ms (8 to 12 CPS)Stay under 14 CPS to avoid most server thresholds
Java 1.9+ PvP200 to 250ms (4 to 5 CPS)Attack cooldown makes higher CPS less effective
Mining and Farming50 to 60msSustained left-click, fixed position on block face
AFK FishingUse Record modeRecord cast and reel sequence, set to repeat
Bridge Building60 to 80ms, right-clickRapid right-click for block placement

Setting Up for Minecraft PvP

  1. Open OP Auto Clicker and set the interval to 100ms (10 CPS) as a starting point.
  2. Select Left Click, Single.
  3. Set position to Current Cursor Position.
  4. Set Click Repeat to Repeat Until Stopped.
  5. Open Minecraft, join a PvP server, and press F6 to start.
  6. Aim at your opponent. Your character attacks at the set rate.

Setting Up for AFK Fishing

  1. Open Minecraft and navigate to your fishing spot.
  2. In OP Auto Clicker, click Record.
  3. In Minecraft, right-click to cast the rod. Wait for the bobber to dip. Right-click again to reel in. Wait a moment. Cast again.
  4. Stop recording in OP Auto Clicker.
  5. Set playback to repeat.
  6. Press Play. OP Auto Clicker replays your exact fishing sequence on a loop.
Anti-cheat note: Most server anti-cheat plugins look for click rates above a configured threshold (often 20 CPS) and perfectly uniform intervals. For additional variation, consider changing your target CPS slightly between sessions. Plugins like Grim Anticheat, Spartan, and NCP all have CPS thresholds.

Using OP Auto Clicker for Steam Games

OP Auto Clicker is the most capable free Windows auto clicker for Steam idle and clicker games. Its record-and-playback feature handles complex multi-step game sequences that simpler tools cannot, while its fixed coordinate targeting and adjustable CPS cover the basic needs of any clicker game.

Setup Steps for Cookie Clicker

  1. Open Cookie Clicker on Steam.
  2. Open OP Auto Clicker. Set CPS to 15 (or 66ms interval).
  3. Click the coordinate picker button and click the center of the cookie to lock the coordinate.

  5. Press F6. OP Auto Clicker begins clicking the cookie at 15 CPS regardless of where your cursor is.
  6. Move your cursor to the shop to buy upgrades manually. The cookie continues to be clicked automatically.
VAC Warning:

Using OP Auto Clicker in any Steam game protected by Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC) in competitive modes risks a permanent Steam account ban. VAC-protected games include CS2, Dota 2, and others. Idle and clicker games on Steam do not use VAC.

Troubleshooting

Clicks not registering

Check that your game is the active window. OP Auto Clicker only sends clicks to the foreground application. If another window is in focus, clicks go there instead.

Interval seems too slow or too fast

The interval input is in milliseconds. A value of 60 means 60 milliseconds between clicks, which equals about 16 clicks per second. Lower the number to click faster, raise it to click slower.

F6 key does not start clicking

Another application may be using F6. Change the hotkey in OP Auto Clicker settings to an unused key such as F9 or F10.

Program flagged by antivirus

Some security software flags OP Auto Clicker because it sends synthetic mouse events. The source code is public. You can whitelist the file in your antivirus settings.

Full-screen Minecraft

Try borderless windowed mode. Full-screen exclusive sometimes prevents hotkeys from reaching background applications.
