How to Get an Auto Clicker on iPhone
iPhone does not allow traditional auto clicker software because iOS restricts background automation. However, two legitimate methods exist without jailbreaking. The first is iOS's built-in Switch Control feature. The second is an auto tap app from the App Store. Both work without modifying your device.
Method 1: iOS Built-In Switch Control (Free, No Download)
Switch Control is an iOS Accessibility feature. Go to Settings, then Accessibility, then Switch Control. Tap Switches, then Add New Switch, then Screen. Choose Full Screen as the action. Set it to Single Tap. Next, go to Recipe and create a tapping sequence. Enable Switch Control and tap the screen to trigger your configured action. This method works in any app including games but requires staying in Switch Control mode.
Method 2: AssistiveTouch Auto Tap
AssistiveTouch is simpler to set up. Go to Settings, then Accessibility, then Touch, then AssistiveTouch. Turn it on. You will see a floating button on your screen. Tap it and choose Custom, then create a gesture that performs a tap. The full setup guide with screenshots is at /ios-built-in-auto-clicker.
Method 3: App Store Auto Tap Apps
Several App Store apps provide auto-tap functionality. These apps work within their own sandbox but can simulate taps in other apps when accessibility permissions are granted. Our page at /auto-clicker-for-iphone-ios-auto-clicker lists the best current options.
Limitations of iPhone Auto Clickers
iPhone auto clickers cannot match the performance of Windows desktop auto clickers. iOS sandboxing limits how an app can interact with other apps. Most solutions require your screen to stay on and cannot run in the background while the phone is locked. For intensive use, an Android device or a Windows PC offers more flexibility.
