Free Open Source Auto Clicker for Mac
Autoclick by Othyn is a free, native SwiftUI auto clicker built for macOS. No payment, no ads, full source code on GitHub. Works on Apple Silicon M1 through M4 and Intel Macs running macOS Big Sur through Sequoia.
Overview
Autoclick is built with Swift and SwiftUI, which means it looks and feels like a proper Mac app. It supports global hotkeys, configurable click intervals, and multi-click sequences for clicking at different screen positions. Because the full source code is published on GitHub, you can inspect exactly what the app does before downloading it.
The app is not notarized through the Mac App Store, so the first launch requires a one-time approval step. The repository has also been intentionally archived by the developer, meaning no new features will be added, but the existing version runs cleanly on macOS Sequoia. If you want an actively maintained option, MurGaa or RapidClick are good alternatives.

Troubleshooting
macOS will not open the app at first launch
Right-click the app in Applications and select Open, then click Open in the dialog. If you do not see an Open option, go to System Settings, Privacy and Security, scroll down to the blocked app message, and click Open Anyway.
The permission prompt never goes away
Go to System Settings, Privacy and Security, Accessibility. Click the minus button to remove Autoclick. Close the app, reopen it, and grant Accessibility permission again.
Clicks not registering after granting permission
Quit the app with Command Q and relaunch it. If that does not help, remove it from the Accessibility list, restart your Mac, reopen the app, and grant permission fresh.
Pause or function key not working on newer macOS
Recent versions request Input Monitoring permission so function key shortcuts work. Grant Input Monitoring under System Settings, Privacy and Security if prompted.
Settings not saved between restarts
This was fixed in a recent release. Make sure you are running v1.11.0 by checking the GitHub releases page.
App blocked or permission lost after a macOS update
macOS Sequoia may require Accessibility permissions to be reconfirmed after system updates. Re-approve Autoclick under Privacy and Security.
Conflicts with peripheral software like Logitech G Hub or Razer Synapse
Close all peripheral management software and test Autoclick again. These tools can compete for mouse control and cause unpredictable behavior.
