MT Auto Clicker for Mac

The most feature-rich automation tool for Mac, built for developers, testers, and power users. Macro recording, multi-target clicking, 1ms intervals, and screen recording up to 4K, working across macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and browsers.

Overview

MT Auto Clicker goes well beyond basic auto clicking. It supports multi-target click sequences, macro recording, screen recording up to 4K, form-fill automation, and saveable presets you can reuse. A standout feature is its visual targeting technology, which recognises interface elements rather than relying only on fixed pixel coordinates, reducing the broken-click problems that happen when a screen layout changes.

It runs locally, requires user permission for control access, and works under the same account across multiple platforms. The tool receives regular updates to maintain compatibility with evolving operating systems and has been verified clean on VirusTotal. If you only need simple clicking, a lighter tool like RapidClick or Autoclick by Othyn may suit you better.

How to Download and Install

  1. Click the download button below to open the official MT Auto Clicker Mac download page
  2. Download the DMG file
  3. Open the DMG and drag MT Auto Clicker into your Applications folder
  4. If you see a message that the app cannot be opened because it was downloaded from the internet, this is normal Gatekeeper behaviour
  5. Right-click the app and select Open, then confirm to allow it once
  6. Launch the app from Applications

Granting Permissions

MT Auto Clicker needs Accessibility permission to click, and Screen Recording permission for its capture and visual targeting features.

  1. Open System Settings, go to Privacy and Security
  2. Under Accessibility, toggle MT Auto Clicker on
  3. Under Screen Recording, toggle it on as well if you plan to use recording or visual targeting
  4. Authenticate with your password or Touch ID
  5. Quit and relaunch the app
Tip: If the app opens but advanced features do not work, it is almost always because Screen Recording permission is missing. Basic clicking only needs Accessibility, but visual targeting and capture need both.

Configuration

  1. Set your click interval, down to 1ms for very fast clicking
  2. Choose single point clicking or multi-target sequences for clicks at several positions
  3. To record a macro, start the recorder, perform your actions, and stop it to save the sequence
  4. Save frequently used configurations as presets for one-click reuse
  5. Use form-fill automation for repetitive data entry across apps and websites
  6. Assign hotkeys to start and stop
  7. Run your configured sequence

Troubleshooting

App will not open after installing from DMG

macOS is blocking the first launch for security because it was downloaded from the internet. Right-click the app and select Open, then allow it once per install.

App opens but features fail

Check that both Accessibility and Screen Recording permissions are granted under System Settings, Privacy and Security. Advanced features need Screen Recording in addition to Accessibility.

Clicks landing in the wrong place

This usually happens when screen resolution changes or coordinates were set on a different layout. Use the visual targeting mode rather than fixed coordinates where possible.

Stopped working after a macOS update

macOS Sequoia may require permissions to be reconfirmed periodically. Re-grant both Accessibility and Screen Recording permissions.

Antivirus flags the app

MT Auto Clicker is VirusTotal-verified clean. If your antivirus flags repetitive clicking as a heuristic threat, temporarily disable it to confirm, then add the app as an exception.

Conflicts with peripheral software

Close Logitech G Hub, Razer Synapse, or similar tools that compete for mouse control if the app behaves unexpectedly.
